How it Works
St. Luke Publishers is a full-service integrated digital media company which primarily publishes for the e-book market. We also publish books in print-on-demand and audiobook format. Thus, the word "integrated." Here's how our publishing platform works.
Step 1: Author writes book and needs it published.
Step 2: Author signs up for publishing package and uploads or e-mails manuscript to St. Luke Publishers.
Step 3: St. Luke prepares book cover and interior page design. (Proofreading and editing options are available upon request through our partner company Fresh Eyes Proofreading and Editing. The fee for proofreading and editing is a separate fee that will be paid directly to Fresh Eyes Proofreading and Editing.)
Step 4: St. Luke sends author online book proof. (If author is also publishing a physical book, a printed proof is available upon request.)
Step 5: After author's approval, St. Luke prepares e-book for distribution to the following e-book retailers:
Step 6: Author's book is received by digital (and retail) channels for distribution and sale.
Step 7: Books and e-books are made available on various retail and digital channels. Readers buy. St. Luke receives payment. Author receives royalties.
